The Resilient Warrior
About the program:
Six highly interactive educational sessions designed to help active duty service members and veterans better navigate their recovery from physical and invisible injury, build resilience, and rediscover a life of purpose and meaning. Sessions can be combined with adaptive yoga, meditation, and breathwork to create half-, full-, three-, or five-day retreats.

The Importance of Sleep
Attention Training
Gratitude as a Resilience Practice
Developing the Witness
Healthy Habits and Goal Setting
This program has been delivered to the Dog Tag, Inc. Fellowship Program, the Army Recovery Care Program, to Incarcerated Veterans in a MD State Prison, and at an in-patient treatment center for substance use disorder.
